Please complete this waiver before arriving for your boat rental

This Boat Rental Waiver and Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date signed below by the undersigned renter ("Renter") in favor of the boat owner, operator, or rental company ("Owner").
Renter understands and acknowledges that boating and water-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Renter voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown.
Renter, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, assigns, and representatives, hereby releases, waives, and discharges Owner from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
This release includes claims based on negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions brought by third parties resulting from:
Renter accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to the boat, equipment, or third-party property during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes:

In the event of injury or emergency, Renter authorizes Owner to obtain medical treatment on their behalf if necessary and agrees to be responsible for all associated costs.
Renter acknowledges that the boat and all equipment have been inspected and are in good working condition prior to use. Any existing damage must be reported before departure.
The boat is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the rental occurs.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
